  5. Director's Report - Tom Salmon: Rita Johnson has resigned as chair of newsletter and activities. The June/July newsletter is not out yet. How do we handle this. We are looking for someone to be the focal point for dining out and the movies. Chris works 2nd shift 6 nights a week and is not available. It was suggested that Diana Collins be asked if she would chair the activities committee. Tom will check with her on Friday. Ginny Baker volunteered to do the newsletter if she can get the activities information and the labels. In summary, Ginny will contact Rita and ask for e-mail or a disc for the mailing labels. Ginny will forward the labels to Chuck. She will also ask for the activities
list. In the newsletter she will only list the activities which IA can support. Everyone needs to be thinking about what we can do.
  6. Co-Directors' Report:
    1. Lori Parden said she called Chris. Chris and Rita did put together June and July activities. Chris is not able to chair the committee.
    2. Betty Noel said she had nothing to report.

The recommendation is for a laptop. Tom said he would like for Chuck to go ahead. On motion duly made, seconded and passed unanimously, Chuck Gelm was authorized to spend up to $800.00 to purchase a laptop computer for use at the Christopher Club.
